Please carefully read the following disclaimer in connection with the event organized by Dog Friendly St Pete Inc.

Participation: By participating in this event, you agree that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk.
Responsibility for Dogs: You acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for the behavior of your dog(s) during the event. You agree to control your dog(s) and ensure they do not cause harm, injury, or damage to other participants, their dogs, or property.
Liability: You accept full liability and responsibility for any injury, harm, or damage caused by you or your dog(s) during the event. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless other participants, their dogs, the venue, the venue’s staff, and the organizer Dog Friendly St Pete Inc. and its staff, from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses caused by your dog(s).
Vaccination and Health: You affirm that your dog(s) is in good health and up-to-date with all required vaccinations. If your dog(s) becomes ill, you agree to refrain from bringing them to the event.
Potential Risks: You acknowledge that participation in a dog meetup event involves inherent risks and agree to take all necessary precautions to mitigate these risks. You agree to only participate if you and your dog(s) both have approval from your doctor. You agree to assume and accept all risks and hazards inherent in the activities. You also agree not to hold the activity holder or its employees or volunteer assistants or other event participants or the venue liable for damages, losses, or injuries to your person, dog(s), or property.

By participating in the Dog Friendly St Pete meetup event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to all its terms and conditions.
