The flagship store, located just around the corner from the James Museum, is a doggie wonderland. Bolt is always greeted with a treat from one of the staff. With toys and baubles hanging from the ceiling and a bowl of fresh water on the floor for thirsty pups, Petworks is a delightful place for dogs to explore. Kelli and her husband Robert take great pride in their store and are incredibly knowledgeable, stocking only pet-safe toys and food. I feel confident giving Bolt anything from their store, like the human grade pork loin strips we recently purchased. Bolt adores them, and I can attest that they taste like unseasoned jerky!

We’ve bought countless toys from Petworks, my favorite being the kind without squeakers. From bones and treats to specialty dog food and beds, they have everything you need to pamper your pup. Petworks also offers grooming services, and Bolt recently had an appointment with Autumn, his groomer. She did a fantastic job, giving him a bath, brushing, blow dry, and a nail trim with dremeling. Bolt came out looking gorgeous, and Autumn even gave him a little tie to wear, making him look quite handsome! The grooming salon is designed for function, comfort, and safety, featuring a private grooming room for anxious pets and essential oil-based herbal grooming products free from harmful ingredients.
